Refund policy

Unfortunately at this moment, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed. If an error has been made with your order such as wrong product, contact us via email:(info@luvmybodi.store). We will promptly correct our mistake and send out the corrected order immediately.

You will be refunded if your product happens to be damaged to a certain degree. Please contact us via email (info@luvmybodi.store) with pictures of the damaged product so that we may assist you.

If your order has been delivered for more than 5 business days, we cannot issue you a refund for any reason.
