Shipping policy

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, we are no longer responsible for any issues that may arise in transit. If your order happens to become lost, damaged, or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping service that you’ve chosen to use for your order delivery.

Due to fraud prevention software, we are unable to completely alter your shipping address. Fortunately, we are able to update minor errors such as zip code, city, house number, etc.
